Buffalo’s Cafe Launches Hearty New Winter Menu
Wing Brand Debuts Seasonal Entrees
January 05, 2023 // Franchising.com // LOS ANGELES - Buffalo’s Cafe announces a new wintertime menu. Fans of the chain can now indulge in three flavorful entrees available now through Feb. 26.
The all-new Buffalo’s Cafe menu includes Chicken Parm Pasta, crispy breaded chicken, marinara sauce and melted parmesan cheese over penne pasta and served with garlic bread, the Chicken Sandwich with Bacon Jam, topped with melted pepper jack cheese, tomatoes and bacon jam on a parmesan crusted bun, and served with fresh-cut Tumbleweed Chips. The new menu also features a Shrimp BLT Salad, made with grilled seasoned shrimp, blue cheese crumbles, bacon bits, cherry tomatoes and topped with crispy onion straws, a ranch drizzle and a side of garlic bread. Patrons can wash down these limited-edition entrees with Corona on draft and bottled, or a Canyonrita, featuring Teremana Tequila.
