FirstLight Home Care Locations Receive Best of Home Care® – Provider of Choice Awards

February 15, 2023 // Franchising.com // CINCINNATI, OHIO - FirstLight Home Care has announced several of their franchise locations have received the Best of Home Care – Provider of Choice Award from Home Care Pulse.

The Provider of Choice Award is based on client satisfaction scores gathered by Home Care Pulse, an independent satisfaction research firm for home care. These FirstLight locations are recognized among a select few home care providers who have proven their ability to provide outstanding care.

Best of Home Care – Provider of Choice award-winning providers have contracted with Home Care Pulse to gather feedback from clients by conducting live phone interviews with them each month. Because Home Care Pulse is a third-party company, it can collect honest and unbiased feedback.

These providers are recognized among the best employers of in-home caregivers in their respective regions.

Three locations received the Best of Home Care - Leader in Experience Award, the highest recognition awarded by Home Care Pulse, and given to select home care businesses that consistently rank among the very highest in 10 or more quality metrics. These include:
