Orangetheory Fitness Studio Opens Near Texas Medical Center

The studio located at 7205 Fannin Street in Houston, will serve the surrounding community and the healthcare employees who work at TMC.

The 3425 sq. foot facility is Orangetheory Fitness Afterburn’s 24th studio in Houston. It is fully open to new members with treadmill stations equipped with OTconnect technology, rowers, free weights, TRX Suspension Trainers and wearable heartrate monitors. The studio will feature Orangetheory's new, automatic updates to your MaxHR and heart-rate zones to better reflect your own effort and provide even more accurate and personalized performance results.

The fitness concept offers charitable fitness-related challenges throughout the year and encourages members to participate in giving back to the local community.

Orangetheory Fitness is a one-hour class focused on heartrate-based interval training that is designed to alter metabolism to give more caloric afterburn, even hours after the workout is complete. This new location is offering a free first class and discounted Founding Member rates for a limited time.
