Penn Station East Coast Subs Announces Opening of Two New Locations

Penn Station East Coast Subs expansion continues in the Southeast

March 31, 2023 // Franchising.com // CINCINNATI, OH. - Penn Station East Coast Subs, the popular sandwich franchise known for mouth-watering hot subs, fresh-cut fries, and fresh-squeezed lemonade, announces the opening of two new locations. On March 6, 2023, locations opened in Clinton, Tennessee and Dallas, North Carolina.  Both mark the continued expansion of the franchise.

The two new locations are part of a rapid expansion the sub-sandwich shop has prepared for with new corporate hires and continued investment in franchisees.

Robert and Matt Shingleton, along with their respective partners and Managing Owners, own and operate the Clinton, TN location. The new location is another great addition to their expanding portfolio. The group already owns and operates 21 locations throughout the Midwest, including St. Louis, Missouri, Lexington, Kentucky, and Knoxville, Tennessee.

The Dallas, NC location is owned and operated by Eric Fairbanks and his Managing Owners. Fairbanks and his group already own and operate four locations across North Carolina. The continued expansion of Penn Station East Coast Subs in North Carolina brings tasty subs outside of urban areas and into rural parts of the state.
