New Head of Marketing for Heavenly Desserts

Heavenly Desserts has appointed Sophie Page as the first head of marketing at the dessert franchise.

May 25, 2023 // Franchising.com // Following almost a decade in marketing for some of the biggest hospitality brands in the UK, Sophie will direct the overarching marketing strategy for the brand, to help it maintain its footing in the forefront of public mind as the go-to premium dessert dining restaurant both nationally and internationally.

Sophie’s passion for the sector derives from her six years of experience at Greene King, which she joined in 2013 under its former brand name Spirit Group, where she pivoted from the drinks technical services team into marketing and rose from brand executive to manager, working on large scale campaigns with creative agencies to launch the latest trends to the public. Sophie later worked as a marketing manager for Stonegate Group in the traditional pub segment helping to subsegment the Proper Pubs format.

Sophie said: “I’m really excited to be part of the team at Heavenly Desserts and to work with such a talented and passionate group of people who care about delivering an outstanding product in the premium dessert dining sector. It’s refreshing to be part of a company that allows me to forge my own path and direct our strategy with my knowledge of hospitality marketing.

“Although times are hard for consumers – with food inflation and the cost of living crisis reaching unprecedented levels – there is still an appetite for premium desserts and dining experiences that help to create a sense of escapism from the everyday. I’m eager to help the brand create those magical moments for people that ensure our customers leave wanting to return time and time again.
