Venture X Opening its First Washington D.C. Location This Summer

WASHINGTON, DC, July 17, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ - Venture X® announced today its first location in Washington D.C. is slated to open this summer. The Venture X Washington D.C. - Adams Morgan location will be located within The Imperial Office Condominium at 1763 Columbia Rd. NW and is accessible via Metro, bus and bike share, and a short walk from Rock Creek Park and Woodley Park.

Venture X will occupy three levels of The Imperial building and will offer upscale, turnkey flexible office space options for individuals and companies. The fully functioning office space is complete with everything needed to grow a business. Venture X Washington D.C. – Adams Morgan will provide professional, collaborative, or private spaces to work. The space is unique in that it will offer a two-story atrium, private elevator, gym with showers, wellness room, and indoor bike/scooter storage. The focus is on highlighting architectural details, including unique riveted steel columns, exposed masonry, and brick fireplaces.
