The awards have national recognition and were presented at the company's Reunion Conference in Louisville on June 6th. DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is one of the nation’s most respected home remodeling franchise brands, with customer satisfaction consistently outpacing national averages. DreamMaker franchise owners and team members adhere to a “Code of Values,” which emphasizes honesty and integrity combined with customer-first designs and remodeling.

Collaboratively, the homeowners and designer arrived at a decision to embrace an open floor plan that would not only augment the overall functionality of the residence but also create seamless connectivity between the kitchen and dining room areas. With a shared vision in mind, they aimed to introduce key features such as double ovens and an ice maker while also accommodating the much-needed pantry. They decided the ideal placement for the pantry would be in the dining room, situated conveniently adjacent to the kitchen. This strategic location would ensure effortless accessibility and optimize the flow between the two spaces. The meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful design decisions have resulted in a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics, elevating the overall appeal and usability of the space.

This year, franchisees from around the country converged in Louisville, KY.
