PARLOUR to Open Three Lexington Locations

September 25, 2023 // Franchising.com // New Albany, Ind. - Pizza concept PARLOUR has signed its first three-store development deal and will open a trio of locations in Lexington, Ky.

“We are thrilled to begin in the home of Big Blue Nation,” said PARLOUR CEO Don Robinson.

The company has secured two locations – to be announced at a later date – and are working to finalize the third. Craft Culture Concepts, the parent company of PARLOUR, will operate the restaurants and plans to open the first in April 2024 and the second in August 2024. The third store opening details are pending.

“While we love our Indiana and Louisville base – this is where our story began – and our logo and color scheme has always included a mix of red and black, be prepared to see a splash of blue, Cats fans,” Robinson said.

PARLOUR entered into an agreement with Franchise Marketing Systems (FMS) to franchise after opening a fifth location in the Louisville-Southern Indiana area.
