Brownlee’s location will serve the areas that include the surrounding communities of Elk River, Maple Grove, St. Michael, Albertville, Ramsey, Anoka, Champlin, Brooklyn Park, Golden Valley and Wayzata.

Before joining Office Pride, Brownlee spent more than a decade in operational leadership roles with Cargill and Amazon. He received his master’s degree in business administration from Texas Tech University. Brownlee’s wife, Rachel, plans to assist him in the business with her background in human resources.

The location will provide a full range of janitorial services for all industries, with a primary focus on banks, churches, medical facilities, office buildings and schools in the local and surrounding areas.

Services include touchless sanitizing, sweeping and vacuuming, wet and dry mopping, secure trash removal, restroom sanitization, disinfection, dusting, blinds cleaning, restroom replenishment, glass cleaning and the cleaning of walls, ceilings and baseboards. Brownlee’s location also offers specialty services that include stripping and waxing, carpet shampooing and internal and external windows.
