Eggs Up Grill Five-Unit Agreement in Houston

SPARTANBURG, S.C. - Eggs Up Grill has signed a multi-restaurant development agreement with father-and-son duo Chris and Kyle White. As the Brand prepares to open its first Texas location in Dallas this month, the Whites have agreed to open five Eggs Up Grills in the Houston market, covering northern Houston and Montgomery County. The duo intends to open their first location by mid-2024.

Chris White is a real estate broker and entrepreneur and has owned businesses spanning from mortgage services to tanning salons and video stores. Currently, he is the president of 360 Target Marketing and Dream Home Seekers. His son Kyle is an attorney and partner at White & Mejias in The Woodlands, Texas, specializing in real estate, wills, trusts and probate, with five offices throughout Texas. He started the firm in 2017 with his wife Megan.

“When we decided to expand our portfolios into restaurants, and specifically brunch, it had to be a brand with the same culture and values that match ours,” said Kyle White. “We felt very strongly that it was more family-oriented and it was something we can be on the ground floor of building in our community and our state.”
