Spherion Staffing and Recruiting Opens in Phoenix

October 31, 2023 // Franchising.com // PHOENIX - Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) announced today it will open a new office in the Phoenix metro area.

Located at 301 East Bethany Home Road, Suite C-180, the new office officially opened on October 23 to help match local job seekers in the Phoenix and south central Arizona areas with meaningful employment opportunities. The office will be locally owned and operated by Phoenix residents and brothers, Luis and Carlos Araujo, and will primarily focus on job placements in the manufacturing and logistics, hospitality, technical and professional services industries.

“My brother and I are thrilled to utilize our relationship-building skills to help people in our community find their perfect roles,” said Carlos. “We are also passionate about seamlessly providing support to both English and Spanish-speaking job seekers, as my brother and I are bilingual. We feel that there are so many missed opportunities for employers and job seekers because of language barriers. We know that we have the ability to bridge that gap through our work with Spherion.”

Both Carlos and Luis are military veterans who have experience in recruiting and assisting others with career development. The brothers and business partners have more than 46 years of combined leadership experience. They plan to get involved with the Veterans Chamber of Commerce and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in the Phoenix area.
