Bojangles Announces Addition of Brooks Speirs as Vice President of Franchise Sales

November 14, 2023 // Franchising.com // CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Bojangles announced the appointment of Brooks Speirs as the company's new Vice President of Franchise Sales. Speirs will play a pivotal role in advancing Bojangles' franchise expansion strategy.

With more than 20 years of experience in franchise development, Speirs has driven growth for several national restaurant brands. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Franchise Development for Taco John’s International, where he led franchise recruitment, sales, real estate, and construction. During his time with Taco John’s, Speirs was recognized as the Franchise Times Dealmaker of the Year for securing the largest development agreement in the company’s history.

"Throughout my career in the franchise and restaurant industries, I have followed Bojangles’ success from afar and couldn’t be more excited to join the team and build on its impressive momentum,” said Speirs.

In his new role, Brooks Speirs will report to Jim Cannon, the Chief Development Officer at Bojangles. “Adding Brooks to our team is an important next step as we continue to expand the Bojangles footprint. He has a proven track record of accelerating brands’ growth, and we are confident that he will do the same at Bojangles,” said Cannon.
