During an early stage of his career, he was a director for PwC, a professional services company that provides assurance, advisory, and tax services, from 2000 to 2003. He subsequently joined KPMG, a leading financial services organization, as a managing director between 2003 and 2009, followed by the consulting firm AlixPartners as a director from 2009 to 2010.

Mr. Hillier proudly gives back to worthy causes. He has served on the board of Curing Kids Cancer and his local Young President's Organization. Additionally, Mr. Hillier has been a board member of the Aspen Growth Fund.

Mr. Hillier grew up in Canada. He became highly qualified in his industry and received professional certification through the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor program in 2003. Moreover, Mr. Hillier received credentials as a certified management accountant through the Society of Management Accountants of Canada (now Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada) in 1999.

In alignment with his professional goals, Re-Bath is an active member of the International Franchise Association, the National Kitchen and Bath Association, and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. In honor of his accomplishments, he was a 2023 Modest Growth Expected in Bathroom finalist by Game Plans and a 2023 EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist.
