Premium Service Brands Elevates Top Franchisee to Lead Role at ProLift Garage Doors

Travis, who has been a successful ProLift franchise owner since January 2021, brings a proven track record of success to his new role.

In his new role, Travis will focus on enhancing operational procedures and revamping onboarding processes for new franchisees. His primary goal is to implement standardized processes to help other ProLift franchises scale their businesses. His experience as a ProLift owner has given him insights into the value of technology and standardization, which helps set the brand apart in a competitive market. As president, Travis will collaborate with other brand leads within PSB, sharing challenges and strategies to enhance operational efficiency across the board.

Travis’ journey in the home services industry began after a 13-year career at Verizon, where he served in various sales and managerial roles, including as a district manager overseeing seven locations. Following his tenure at Verizon, he briefly worked at OYO, a hospitality startup, during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic.

His entrepreneurial spirit led him to ProLift, where he quickly made a mark by scaling his business faster than any other franchisee in the brand's history. Under his leadership, his franchise expanded to eight trucks, serving two territories in the Charleston, South Carolina metro area.

Travis will manage his responsibilities remotely, leveraging his experience in running a successful franchise with a strong management team. His approach ensures that his business continues to thrive while he leads ProLift to new heights.

Off the clock, Travis is an avid CrossFit enthusiast, enjoys outdoor activities, and is a devoted Clemson University football fan. He has been married to his wife, Liz, for 11 years and is the father of two young children.
