December 21, 2023 // Franchising.com // HOUSTON - We Sell Restaurants announced it has signed a franchise agreement with local entrepreneurs, Mike McCown, Ted Tallman, Bill Krassner and Tamara Hamilton for the Houston area.

The group brings nearly 100 years of restaurant experience running and operating some of the most recognizable brands in the industry. Hamilton and McCown worked together with Papa Johns and McCown, Tallman and Krassner all served as area representatives for Firehouse Subs. The opportunity to franchise with We Sell Restaurants allowed all four of them to use their expertise in the restaurant industry to help more people to become business owners of their own. They know firsthand the demand for restaurant brokers who truly understand the food industry. Together they plan to help business owners sell and buy some of the best brands in the area.

We Sell Restaurants was founded by Robin and Eric Gagnon, who together have decades of experience selling restaurants. With deep financial, branding and marketing experience in restaurants, across small and big businesses, We Sell Restaurants’ leadership took the fragmented brokerage market and built a specialized practice for selling only restaurants with a systemic approach never before seen in the industry.

We Sell Restaurants’ franchise partners are Certified Restaurant Brokers, who help advise in how to buy a restaurant, the steps in buying a business, financing a business, and even the valuation of a restaurant for sale. They can also serve as an independent consultant, providing unique value in negotiation or assisting in site locations and leasing, and have access to lending resources and prequalify its listings so financing a restaurant is never a problem.
