The Patch Boys Opens New Location in Lorena, Texas

December 26, 2023 // Franchising.com // TEXAS - The Patch Boys is opening its sixteenth Texas location in Lorena, Texas. The drywall and ceiling repair specialist is backed by BELFOR Franchise Group.

The location opened last month, and is owned and operated by Cody McKinnerney. Cody served in the Army Reserves and U.S. Coast Guard for nearly 15 years as an X-ray technician and as an avionics electrical technician, respectively. Cody is also a member of the Waco and Killeen Chambers of Commerce. In his spare time, Cody enjoys woodworking and going on family outings to the zoo with his wife and two children.

“As someone who is no stranger to hard work, I have always been motivated by the unmatched satisfaction that comes from a job well done. After serving in the military for much of my adult life, I decided that I was ready to take on a new business venture and become my own boss,” said Cody McKinnerney, owner of The Patch Boys of Waco. “Since I have worked with my hands my entire life, I knew I wanted to go into business with an established brand that is known for providing reliable repairs. After much consideration, I decided to franchise with The Patch Boys due to their specialized focus on smaller drywall and ceiling repair jobs. As I begin this new and exciting chapter in my life, I eagerly anticipate providing essential repairs and building lasting relationships within my community.
