Slim Chickens Expands With Third Location in New Mexico

January 03, 2024 // Franchising.com // RIO RANCHO, NM - Slim Chickens announced today its new restaurant opening in Rio Rancho, New Mexico located at 1909 Wellspring Ave, 87124. Spearheaded by established multi-unit operator, Desert Slims, this is the group’s second Slims opening.

Slim Chickens offers high-quality food and 17 house-made dipping sauces, allowing customers to enjoy a different flavor profile with each visit. Its menu is broader than many in the segment, offering chicken tenders, fresh salads, sandwiches, chicken and waffles, chicken wings, and unique side items.
