Pure Glow Hires New VP of Operations

January 12, 2024 // Franchising.com // BOSTON, MA. - Pure Glow has announced that Lynn Griffin will be joining the Pure Glow family as their new Vice President of Operations.

Lynn has previous experience as an executive leader in the beauty franchise industry with Drybar, where she also held the position of Vice President of Operations. Lynn holds both a degree in fashion merchandising and a license in cosmetology, earning her years of experience in cosmetology, hair, franchise, retail management and the beauty industry as a whole. She was one of the longest-tenured employees at Drybar where she played an integral role in growing Drybar.

With her new role at Pure Glow, Lynn will be overseeing the operational side of the brand and will be working closely with franchisees, creating the best systems possible to help support each franchisee in their venture with Pure Glow.
