Spherion Ranking By Franchise Business Review In 2024

January 18, 2024 // Franchising.com // ATLANTA - Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) recently achieved a spot on Franchise Business Review’s list of the Top 200 Franchises.

“It’s an honor to be recognized by Franchise Business Review in several categories. None of this would be possible without the support of our franchise system,” said Kathy George, Executive Vice President of Spherion.

Franchise Business Review provides rankings and awards for franchise companies based on franchisee satisfaction and performance.

Franchise brands, representing franchise owners, participated in Franchise Business Review’s research. Spherion’s franchisees responded to 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems.

“Franchisee satisfaction continues to be an indicator of franchise performance and system health, and we are pleased to report that our latest research shows satisfaction has remained at some of the highest levels in the past 19 years. In fact, our survey results show that three out of four franchise owners would recommend their brand to others,” said Michelle Rowan, president and COO of Franchise Business Review.
