Offering a variety of refreshing and flavorful Sips, the beverage concept is the perfect complement to one of the fastest-growing areas in the nation. A bustling new hub for young families and busy professionals, McGrail and the Sip Fresh team are thrilled to bring this breakthrough specialty beverage concept to Florida residents.

As an established leader, forward thinker, and businessman, 35-year-old McGrail is looking forward to embarking on his entrepreneurial journey with Sip Fresh. He values being an early adopter with Sip Fresh and collaborating with an established leadership team from which he can learn and grow.

Prior to Sip Fresh, McGrail served as an officer in the Marine Corps and had the distinct honor of leading fellow Marines and Sailors through multiple deployments overseas – an experience that forged his leadership and interpersonal skills. He then transitioned into a career in enterprise software sales, which further equipped him with an essential business and success-driven mindset. As McGrail evaluated his options, he valued Sip Fresh’s business model. As he begins his entrepreneurial journey, he will leverage these leadership and business skills to propel his Sip Fresh stores to success.
