The location opened earlier this month, and is owned and operated by Victor Ugochukwu Agbaroji. Victor has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, and worked for Royal Dutch Shell in a variety of leadership and business development roles before going into business with Blue Kangaroo Packoutz. In his free time, Victor enjoys keeping up with current affairs, and playing tennis and golf.
