Mr Brews Taphouse Evolves with Signature Series Concept and New Locations

February 15, 2024 // Franchising.com // BIRNAMWOOD, Wis.– Mr Brews Taphouse debuted the launch of its new Signature series, specially curated for prominent locations like downtown major cities. This new prototype aims to introduce the Mr Brews pub experience to a new urban landscape, further positioning the brand within the craft brew and restaurant space. The brand also opened two location openings in January – one in Kansas and another in Tennessee.

The Mr Brews Signature series kicked off with the debut of its prototype in Oshkosh, Wis. on Jan. 10. Mr Brews is also planning for the new restaurant to become a location where the company will host franchisee meetings along with in-depth training for new management.

“We’re thrilled to share the best-kept secret of Mr Brews Taphouse with the Oshkosh community with the reveal of our Signature concept series and new prototype,” said Chief Operating Officer, Ken Leetch. “We look forward to raising a glass and sharing a toast with all of our guests.”

What sets the Signature series apart is a larger footprint and new craveable offerings to enhance the Mr Brews experience, including Beer & Cheese Flights, a Brisket Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Grilled Ribeye Sandwich, and a new line up flatbreads and burger bowls, complementing the classics – juicy All-American burgers and an extensive selection of locally sourced craft beer.

The heart of the Signature prototype lies in its advanced kitchen, finished with all-new, state-of-the-art equipment. This strategic investment ensures seamless back-of-house operations, promising an elevated experience for every visitor. The Oshkosh location is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

In addition to the flagship store, Mr Brews kicked off the New Year by celebrating the opening of two more locations in January:

Lawrence, Kan. – Located in the oldest building in historic downtown Lawrence at 811 New Hampshire Street, this location utilizes the original brick walls and open ceilings to create a speakeasy vibe. Just up the street from The Granada, this location is great for a preshow meet-up or a post-concert nightcap. The Lawrence pub opened its doors on Jan. 15.

Murfreesboro, Tenn. – This store is located at 5525 Franklin Road between Kroger and Aldi, making it the perfect place to stop and relax after an afternoon of grocery shopping or stopping by with family after a long day of errands.
