Zaxby’s is ‘Giving It Forward’ on Random Acts of Kindness Day

February 16, 2024 // Franchising.com // ATHENS, Ga. - Zaxby’s® is encouraging guests to “Give It Forward” on Random Acts of Kindness Day with a “Buy One, Give One Free” Big Zax Snak® meal deal. Zaxby’s Big Zax Snak meal features three tender, hand-breaded Chicken Fingerz, Texas Toast, and Zaxby’s legendary Zax Sauce®, served with Crinkle Fries and a small drink. The BOGO offer is valid on Feb. 17 via online and in-store purchases at participating locations while supplies last.*

“This year, Zaxby’s is celebrating Random Acts of Kindness Day by providing two Big Zax Snak meals for the price of one - so you can recognize others with the saucy flavors of our fan-favorite Chicken Fingerz,” said Patrick Schwing, chief marketing and strategy officer at Zaxby’s.

Customers can take advantage of the BOGO Free Big Zax Snak meal offer by becoming a Zax Rewardz® member and purchasing online or scanning the app in-store on Feb. 17. To redeem online, guests can simply download the Zaxby’s app on Google Play or the App Store, create a Zax Rewardz account, add two regular Big Zax Snak Meals, and apply the Buy One, Get One (BOGO) Big Zax Snak Meal Reward where shown. Upon online checkout, the price of one meal will be deducted.**

To redeem in-store, customers must be logged into their Zax Rewardz account, select the offer from the Deals & Offers section on the Rewards Tab, and select the option to redeem in-store. Upon checkout at participating Zaxby’s locations, customers should scan the QR code when prompted during the order process and the price of one meal will be deducted.
