Local Restaurant Group to Lead the Charge on South Texas Expansion

March 12, 2024 // Franchising.com // HIDALGO, Texas – Another Broken Egg Cafe, the award-winning, elevated ‘NextGen Casual’ daytime-only restaurant, announced today that local restaurant group, CRUSH Enterprises, has signed an agreement to bring two locations to Hidalgo County and two locations to Cameron County in Texas. The group is comprised of Al Trevino, Ramiro Garza and Rene Capistran. CRUSH Enterprises is locally based in South Texas and comprised of experienced restaurant operators in the quick-service sector with renowned brands like Sonic. In addition to restaurant operations, the team brings with them decades of combined experience in commercial real estate and construction, economic development, management, finance and more.
