March 20, 2024 // Franchising.com // The Riverside Company has acquired The Lash Lounge (Lash Lounge). Lash Lounge offers an array of custom lash and brow services designed to help women feel beautiful, exuding confidence from the inside out.

“Lash Lounge is third acquisition for our newest platform, Head to Toe Brands, as we continue to execute on the thesis of creating a leading multi-brand franchisor of beauty & personal care services brands,” said Riverside Micro-Cap Fund (RMCF) Managing Partner Loren Schlachet. “We are excited to partner with the Lash Lounge team.”
