Husband-and-Wife Duo Bring ERA® Real Estate to Grand Junction

Founded only three years ago by Mark Wingerter, the company has become one of the most reputable real estate providers in Mesa County, as well as throughout other communities in the Grand Valley including Rifle and Delta. Mark is the company’s owner and managing broker, who is joined in ownership by his wife, Trisha Wingerter, who handles operations, marketing, and philanthropy as the company’s Director of Operations. The Wingerters and their affiliated agents are a diverse group with a set of skills that includes expertise in both residential and commercial transactions, as well as rental properties, land sales and farms.

Before founding his own brokerage in 2020, Mark already had a career filled with sales and managerial experience. He worked across multiple industries including retail and automotive, before obtaining his real estate license in 2013 and committing to the role full-time. Three years later, he obtained his broker’s license. Since then, Mark has flourished in real estate and has fully embraced the industry; he is a Past President of GJARA, the local REALTOR® association.

By his side is Trisha, a former cancer researcher with a master’s degree in molecular biology and a history of leadership roles in the retail industry. Following the growth of the brokerage business grew, she joined Mark in 2021 to leverage her deep management skills and oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm.
