Andrew Akerblom, owner of DUCTZ of Uptown Charlotte and Lake Norman, is one of four franchisees in North Carolina. His team has served the Uptown Charlotte and Lake Norman areas since 2009. The location’s skilled technicians are trained and certified to provide air duct cleaning, HVAC restoration, dryer vent cleaning, coil cleaning and indoor air quality services to local homeowners and businesses across all of Charlotte and surrounding areas within a 60 mile radius.

In 2005, Andrew moved his family from Los Angeles to Charlotte to start his real estate career. During the economic downturn of 2008, Andrew refocused his attention to purchasing a franchise. After 15 years of owning and operating his successful DUCTZ franchise, Andrew decided it was time to expand his territory.
