Upgrade Labs Announces New Fractional Chief Marketing Officer

April 10, 2024 // Franchising.com // SANTA MONICA, Calif.– Upgrade Labs recently announced the hiring of Carin Oliver as their new Fractional Chief Marketing Officer. The brand has brought Oliver on to guide strategy, implement processes, and structure to grow each location.

Oliver brings to the table 20 years of marketing experience, having worked with a wide array of brands across various industries including restaurants, health and wellness, fitness, retail, and entertainment. Notable companies include Club Pilates, Bloomin’ Brands, Chevron Products Company, Hilton Hotels, California Pizza Kitchen, CarMax, Johnnie Walker, Smashburger, Tanqueray, Taco Bell Foundation, KFC, and more. She created Intercept & Influence™, a proprietary marketing framework that brands around the globe have implemented, and is responsible for helping brands develop strategies to increase sales and leads.

“With the rising pervasiveness of chronic disease and the dissatisfaction with traditional health recommendations, there is an urgent need for Upgrade Labs,” continued Oliver. “As people become increasingly interested in optimizing their health, longevity, and cognitive abilities, the demand for biohacking solutions continues to rise.”

Upgrade Labs locations offer performance services like AI Cheat Machine™, providing a week's worth of resistance training in just 15 minutes. They also provide recovery services, including Big Squeeze™, promoting water loss, body slimming, and toxin elimination. Members experience stronger immunity, reduced inflammation, increased energy, enhanced longevity, improved sleep, and more. Recently, Upgrade Labs added Cryotherapy to its U.S. franchise model, which chills the whole body for two to three minutes at -166 to -220 degrees to help decrease inflammation, boost metabolism, and significantly increase deep and REM sleep.
