Century 21 Real Estate Grows With Affiliation of Woman-Led Baltimore Brokerage

April 16, 2024 // Franchising.com // BALTIMORE, Md. - Century 21 Real Estate LLC is proud to fortify its services within the Baltimore Metropolitan area with its latest affiliation of Harris Hawkins & Co., a Black-owned, female-led business, located just north of Baltimore’s city center.

Founded in 2020 by Baltimore natives Tiffany Harris and Brandi Hawkins, the company is now owned and operated by Harris. Harris joined the industry in 2014 and quickly realized that she had a passion for helping people navigate some of the most important decisions in their lives. She is also active in her local association currently serving as the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® Vice President, Greater Baltimore Women's Council of REALTORS® President Elect and MARS Board Vice President.

The company’s high school internship program in collaboration with the Mayor's Office of Employment and Development (MOED) Baltimore Westside Youth Opportunities provides students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and mentorship in the real estate industry.

Now doing business as Century 21 Harris Hawkins & Co., Harris and her team of affiliated sales professionals will have access to the Century 21® brand’s technology and marketing, lead generation, agent learning and coaching and innovative productivity platform to help deliver the highest quality of service to buyers, sellers and investors.
