Guthrie’s Opens First Restaurant in Woodstock, GA

Located at the intersection of Eagle Drive and Rose Creek Drive, Guthrie’s is the ideal spot for a hot, fresh, and fast chicken fingers lunch, family dinner, post-game meal, office catered event, or late-night snack. The new Woodstock Guthrie’s is owned and operated by Atlanta Restaurant Group and this is the second Guthrie’s restaurant in the multi-unit franchise group’s portfolio.

During the grand opening on Tuesday, April 30th the first 50 guests in line received a free Guthrie’s Box Meal, which includes golden fried chicken fingers, fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, Guthrie’s signature dipping sauce, and a 20oz drink. Additionally, there will be a raffle for a huge gift bag and other giveaways throughout the day.

“Woodstock and the Towne Lake area welcomed our neighboring McAlister’s Deli five years ago and we’re thrilled to deepen our connection with this thriving and vibrant community with the addition of our new Guthrie’s,” said Gant Sowinski, President of the Atlanta Restaurant Group. “Our location off Eagle Drive is perfect for people to eat in or drive thru. All are welcome to stop in, say hello and discover just how delicious our golden fried chicken fingers are. And you have to try the signature sauce!”

The new Woodstock location will continue Guthrie's tradition of serving fresh, never frozen chicken fingers, buttery Texas toast, hand-chopped coleslaw, crispy crinkle-cut fries, and Guthrie’s signature dipping sauce. The menu is a testament to Guthrie's dedication to authenticity and providing customers with a classic, fun, and satisfying dining experience.

“Our menu is simple because we focus on what we do best,” said Sowinski. “We’re going to be a big part of the Woodstock community for a long time to come. Our new Guthrie’s will provide upwards of 50 new jobs to the area.”

The new Woodstock Guthrie’s is located at 2004 Eagle Drive, Woodstock, GA 30189. The restaurant is open Sunday - Thursday from 10:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. and Friday - Saturday from 10:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
