Home Clean Heroes Opens New Naperville, Illinois Location

July 03, 2024 // Franchising.com // Plainfield/Naperville, IL - Home Clean Heroes is excited to announce its newest and first Illinois location, based in Naperville serving surrounding communities including Plainfield, Oswego and portions of Bolingbrook. Home Clean Heroes of Plainfield/Naperville is owned and operated by Bill and Polly Ptacek and is officially open for business.

Home Clean Heroes offers a new standard of professional, safe, reliable service that raises the bar of the industry as a whole. Home Clean Heroes is committed to providing refreshingly simple scheduling with a dedicated team of “grime-fighters” who will make lives easier - and cleaner - for local families.

Both Bill and Polly Ptacek are new to the franchising market, but not to the personalized care world. Polly is extensively experienced as a team member and educator, as she worked for 14 years as an elementary school teacher and now an administrative assistant for a preschool program. Bill has been in software development for 25 years, and together they were inspired by Home Clean Heroes to embark on this new journey, with the support of their two children.

New franchisee Bill Ptacek says, “Home Clean Heroes of Plainfield/Naperville is not just another maid service. We are a residential cleaning company dedicated to providing a much needed service to our local Plainfield/Naperville community. We do this by transforming homes with customized service and professionalism provided by fully insured and background-checked cleaning technicians. Our commitment to clean homes is our priority, but we also think it’s important to give back. Through our Heroes First program, we support local first responders in the Plainfield/Naperville area with every cleaning service we perform.”

Officially opening this past February, 2024, Bill and Polly have grown with much credit to their active community involvement. They have immersed themselves in ways including the local St. Patrick’s Day parade, and the PrairieFest Expo Village, where they showcased their advancing business. In addition, they have displayed their commitment and meticulous care for Heroes First, our Home Clean Heroes initiative for local first responders.

Home Clean Heroes donates a portion of every cleaning to first responders as part of its Heroes First initiative. Customers also have a chance to round up or add a nominal donation to the cause during each cleaning.
