Doctors Ink Franchise Deals with PayMore

August 13, 2024 // Franchising.com // NEW YORK - PayMore Stores has just signed franchise deals with two prominent doctors expanding the brand with a combined nine units in Florida and Texas. These medical professionals bring precision, dedication, and analytical skills to the booming tech retail market.

The first of the two groups is led by David Grech and his son, Nathan Wells. The dynamic father-son duo has recently signed a 5-unit franchise deal with PayMore for Jacksonville, FL. David, a practicing cardiologist since 1993 and founder of his own practice in 2013, has long sought a way to balance his professional commitments with his goal of starting a business with his son and enjoying more quality time with his family. His son Nathan has his MBA and works in patient care at the Mayo Clinic.

“We explored several franchise opportunities, but PayMore’s clear, straightforward, and well-organized model truly stood out,” said David. 

The second deal is led by Reem Sharrif and Fawad Shaheen, a husband-and-wife team, signing a four-unit deal, bringing three locations to Houston, TX, and one to Melbourne, FL. Fawad is a board-certified Neuroendovascular Surgeon. Reem, who holds an MBA, has over a decade of experience in the corporate office furniture industry. Eager to start a business together, Reem and Fawad were drawn to PayMore's innovative model. Fawad appreciated the reduced working hours that franchise ownership offers. Meeting Stephen and Erik solidified their decision, as they were impressed by the leadership and vision of PayMore.
