Female-Owned Multi-Office Brokerage Joins the Century 21 Brand
August 22, 2024 // Franchising.com // BEREA, Ky. - Century 21 Real Estate LLC. continues to fortify the CENTURY 21® brand’s presence in Central Kentucky with its latest affiliation of female-owned Realty World Adams & Associates.
Based out of two offices with a main location in Berea, the firm is led by its original founder, Sandy Adams. Adams has over 22 years of experience in the real estate industry, which she began to pursue full-time after spending her early career working as a paralegal. Her legal background has also helped her to develop a specialization in assisting clients with REO properties, where she has accumulated decades of knowledge working with lenders, banks and other government organizations.
Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, Adams’ company has also developed a reputation for its ability to assist first-time homebuyers and relocation clients with new construction, luxury and renovation projects. With over 30 affiliated agents by her side, the firm has plenty of bandwidth to assist clients throughout Central Kentucky, particularly in Madison, Garrard, Lincoln, Boyle, Jackson and Rockcastle counties.
Now doing business as CENTURY 21 Pinnacle, Adams and her affiliated sales professionals will have access to the CENTURY 21 brand’s technology and marketing, lead generation, agent learning and coaching and innovative productivity platform to help deliver the highest quality of service to buyers, sellers and investors.
With these tools at her disposal, Adams plans to focus on growing her business to bolster her existing footprint within Central Kentucky.
“In the earliest years of my real estate career, I spent time working as an independent sales professional within the CENTURY 21 brand so I understand exactly what type of value the brand has to offer,” said Adams.
The CENTURY 21 Pinnacle firm is based upon the importance of maintaining consumer trust and upholding its reputation as a source of genuine local real estate expertise. The firm has been able to succeed over the past 20 years thanks to its commitment to long-term relationships and its devotion to the development of the communities it serves.
This devotion is also reflected in the brokerage’s local philanthropic efforts. Adams and her affiliated agents regularly provide meals to local teachers and first responders, make donations to children’s causes every winter, and have a public food donation box at their main office. Most recently the company also partnered with another local business to build and deliver beds to Sleep in Heavenly Peace, a national non-profit organization that provides children in need with beds.
“We come from a small community, where genuine compassion is just as important as professional capability,” said Adams. “With this in mind, we place just as much emphasis on the human relationship-building side of a transaction, as we do with making sure the buying and selling process goes as smoothly as possible. We understand that every person and property has its own unique story and we’ll never shy away from going the extra mile to make sure that story is properly told.”
Located in the heart of Bluegrass Kentucky, roughly 45 minutes south of Lexington, Berea offers plenty of suburban, country charm. Largely regarded as a college town thanks to nearby Berea College, the nearby region offers a blend of rolling hills, meandering country roads, beautiful homes on large plots of land, and sights of the nearby Appalachian Mountains. Known affectionately as the “Crafts Capital of Kentucky,” Berea’s mix of Appalachian charm and artisan college community makes the town a regular stop for tourists and locals alike.
“Real estate is an ever-evolving industry which makes it that much more exciting to work with someone like Sandy who has experienced decades of success in her hometown market,” said Mike Miedler, president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate LLC.
