Slim Chickens Signs 12-Unit Deal Across the Midwest

August 27, 2024 // Franchising.com // MIDWEST - Slim Chickens announced today it has inked a deal for 12 locations across several counties in Michigan and Northern Ohio.

Spearheading the new stores are second-generation franchisees Slims Midwest, who have 30 years of restaurant industry experience, primarily through their family's Arby's franchises. They currently own and operate Arby's locations across Eastern Michigan. With a deep understanding of the Midwest market and a commitment to quality and convenience, the group plans to introduce Slim Chickens in Jackson, Monroe, Saginaw and to the Greater Toledo Area in Northern Ohio. They plan to open their first location in the latter half of 2025.
