“Although the staffing and recruiting industry has faced challenges this past year, these awards highlight just how resilient our franchisees and the communities they serve truly are. However, Spherion’s achievements are not only limited to the franchisor level. In July, Franchise Business Review named Spherion Madison, WI. and Rockford, IL. franchise owner, Austin Kassner, as a Millennial Franchise Rock Star.

To identify companies worthy of each of these awards, Franchise Business Review analyzed data from nearly 35,000 franchise owners representing 365 brands regarding their overall satisfaction with their brand and their likelihood to recommend it to others as well as other factors related to each category.

Franchise Business Review surveyed Spherion’s franchisees across 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems. These areas include training & support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations and financial opportunity.
