MaidPro Awards Territory in Florida Along Space Coast

October 03, 2024 // Franchising.com // BOSTON — MaidPro has awarded a new territory in Titusville, Florida to new franchise owners Danielle Stephens and Ransome Peterman. The new territory will service parts of Brevard, Volusia and Orange Counties along Florida’s Space Coast.

Both born and raised in Florida, Stephens and Peterman are engaged and have owned a commercial cleaning company for 10 years. Stephens spent her prior career working as an educator in higher education and as a fifth grade math teacher.

Peterman is an entrepreneur and worked his way up to vice president of Our Home Advisors, a real estate brokerage company started by his father. He later went on to found VIP Virtual Mall before starting the commercial cleaning business with Stephens.

“I inherited an entrepreneurial spirit from both of my hard-working parents,” said Peterman. “I am proud to carry on their legacies and to venture into franchise ownership with Danielle. The Space Coast region around the Kennedy Space Center is a rapidly growing community, so we’re excited to launch our operations to fill the inevitable growing demand for residential cleaning services.”
