Spherion Longview Relocates to Office on McCann Road

The new office space officially opened its doors on Monday, September 16, 2024, marking a significant step in enhancing the company’s ability to serve local job seekers and employers more efficiently.

The new office offers improved visibility, easier access and enhanced accommodations, enabling Spherion to better connect with local businesses and job seekers. With a welcoming atmosphere and ample parking, the space reflects Spherion’s commitment to delivering high-quality service and supporting the community.

“We’re excited about the future of our Longview office,” said Rock Lamb, franchise business owner of Spherion Longview. 

Spherion has been a part of the Longview community for more than 30 years. Rock, who became a franchisee in 2021 and now oversees seven offices across East and West Texas, made the move to this new location to better serve the Longview community and ensure a smoother experience for both clients and candidates. Looking ahead, Rock plans to expand staffing services and grow the team as business demands increase. 

Beyond staffing services, Spherion Longview is dedicated to community involvement through partnerships with local organizations. As an active member of the Longview Chamber of Commerce and the East Texas Human Resources Association, a local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the team continuously works to support the region. Spherion Longview also contributes to several community organizations annually, including Hiway 80 Rescue Mission, Longview One Love, Longview Animal Shelter, Hangers for Hope, East Texas CASA and the East Texas Women’s Shelter and Family Crisis Center.
