Chem-Dry Opens New Franchise Location in South Carolina
October 22, 2024 // Franchising.com // SOUTH CAROLINA– Chem-Dry is opening a new franchise location in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The carpet cleaning service is part of the BELFOR Franchise Group family of brands.
The franchise location opened last month, and is owned and operated by Zeeshan Fazli. Zeeshan has over 30 years of experience in the health club industry, and over a decade of experience as a VP for Sales and Marketing. Zeeshan will be assisted in daily operations by Alec Sears, a hard-working young man with an unwavering commitment to cleanliness. When he’s not cleaning carpets and upholstery, Zeeshan enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children, and is also a car enthusiast.
“While I enjoyed certain aspects of my past careers, I felt that now was the perfect time to go into business for myself,” said Zeeshan Fazli, owner of Five Star Chem-Dry. “As my team and I begin offering our top-notch services across Mecklenburg County, York County, and the surrounding areas, we look forward to building relationships with home and property owners while providing the brand’s eco-friendly cleaning services throughout our community.”
Whereas most carpet cleaning companies use steam cleaning techniques that drench customers’ carpets with buckets of soapy water, Chem-Dry harnesses the natural cleaning power of carbonation to deeply clean carpets without soapy detergents. This proprietary process, known as Hot Carbonating Extraction (HCE), uses about 80% less water than traditional steam cleaning. This unique approach to carpet cleaning results in faster drying times.
