Experienced local entrepreneur brings Metal Supermarkets to Mobile

December 02, 2024 // Franchising.com // Metal Supermarkets will open its newest location in Mobile, Alabama on December 2. The metal supplier is set to become the one-stop shop for local professionals, businesses and hobbyists alike, offering speed, variety and convenience.

Brijesh Patel is set to open the second Metal Supermarkets location in Alabama, the first being in Birmingham. Metal Supermarkets Mobile will bring over 8,000 types, shapes and grades of metal, cut to each customer’s exact specifications, with convenience, speed and a world-class customer experience.

Mobile resident, Brijesh Patel brings years of management experience in various companies. He spent seven years in Africa as a manager at Dunavant Uganda Ltd., a multi-national company, leading the day-to-day operations of three cotton-gin factories including the education and supervision of 110,000 organic cotton farmers. He also has experience with UPS store management and asphalt sales. More recently, Brijesh has built a strong community network in Mobile based on his experience in gas station management.
