Top-performing Multi-office Washington Brokerage Joins the Era Real Estate Network

December 12, 2024 // Franchising.com // MADISON, N.J. -- ERA Real Estate announced today its latest affiliation with Imagine Realty ERA Powered, a family-owned multi-office brokerage operating out of Othello that serves the communities of the Columbia Basin in Central Washington.

Established in 2017, the firm is owned by Jessie “Weno” Dominguez, a member of the 2023 RealTrends + Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals rankings, and his wife Amy Dominguez, the firm’s VP of Operations. Jessie entered the real estate industry ten years ago, after spending his earlier career working as a juvenile probation manager. Prior to making this switch, Jessie’s family owned several rental properties in the area, which is how he originally became familiar with the Columbia Basin’s real estate industry.

Now as part of the ERA® network, the Dominguezes and their full-service company’s affiliated agents will be able to utilize the brand’s robust business-building tools and help leverage the most up-to-date marketing programs to connect buyers and sellers. Jessie and Amy have major growth plans in mind that they plan to pursue with the help of these tools, including opening a new office in Quincy which will be their first step towards a broader growth strategy that includes targeted mergers and acquisitions.

The ERA Powered® flexible branding option will allow the Dominguezes to help leverage their existing local brand identity while benefitting from ERA Real Estate’s full suite of learning, marketing and servicing resources.

While Jessie and Amy have big plans revolving around these services provided by ERA Real Estate, it was the overlap between the brand’s culture and their own that ultimately led them to become an ERA Powered company. Imagine Realty ERA Powered prides itself on its homegrown, Central Washington roots and its family values that guide all growth efforts, including an emphasis on celebrating one another and maintaining integrity in everything they do. After meeting with fellow ERA Real Estate representatives, they discovered that this culture of care and collaboration was also reflected within the brand, which gave them the confidence to make their affiliation official.

The Imagine Realty ERA Powered main headquarters is located in Othello, which is surrounded by lush farmland and plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities, typical for the Columbia Basin. The region is defined by its agricultural heritage, which is still a primary driver of its current economy. More recently, the area has also seen an influx of new retail and service companies, which is continuing to diversify the Columbia Basin and provide residents with more to choose from in addition to the numerous outdoor activities they’ve already had access to.
