New Again Houses® Launches “New Again TV”

December 19, 2024 // Franchising.com // BRISTOL, TN – New Again Houses® has launched a new series of half-hour episodes on YouTube that highlight the stories of franchisees building wealth through real estate acquisitions. The series is entitled “New Again TV,” and each episode provides an up close and personal look at how New Again Houses franchise owners manage flipping older homes for profit.

Each episode of New Again TV features an existing New Again Houses franchisee. The episodes break down the process - everything from utilizing the brand’s proprietary MasterSuite Technology™ to estimating costs and budgets for flipping prospective homes. Viewers will also get a firsthand look at how franchisees hire contractors and manage renovations from start-to-finish.

The first episode, “Burning Boats, Building Houses,” went live on Dec. 13 and features Mike and Lauren Heist – a husband and wife team who co-own and operate their New Again Houses franchise in Monmouth, New Jersey. The Heists have been with New Again Houses since Nov. 2023 and to date have acquired six properties, selling one, while actively working on four different projects simultaneously. “We’re excited to be featured on the first episode of ‘New Again TV’ and share our experience with viewers,” stated Mike Heist. “Shooting the scenes was a lot of fun.”

Each month, a new episode of New Again TV will be released featuring different New Again Houses franchise owners.
