UFC GYM® Offering Free Access to Residents and First Responders Affected by Los Angeles Wildfires
January 10, 2025 // Franchising.com // NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – In response to the devastating wildfires across Los Angeles County, UFC GYM® is opening its doors to residents, first responders and others affected by the ongoing crisis. The Southern California-based company is offering free access to locker rooms, showers, Recovery services, electrical outlets, WiFi and more at locations across Los Angeles and Orange County that have not been impacted by the wildfires.
“We want to provide a safe, welcoming space for those in need during this difficult time,” said Adam Sedlack, CEO of UFC GYM. “Whether it's a place to recharge, take a shower, or simply find a moment of respite, we're here to help our community members who are facing these challenging circumstances.”
Residents and first responders with or without a membership are invited to visit participating UFC GYM locations across Los Angeles and Orange Counties now through the end of January, including:
- Brea
- City of Industry
- Corona
- Costa Mesa
- Huntington Beach
- La Mirada
- Oxnard
- Rosemead
- Torrance
In addition to providing showers, cryotherapy, red light therapy, NormaTec compression massage and electrical amenities, UFC GYM will also accept donations at participating locations that will be distributed to relief efforts. Clothing, toiletries, nonperishable food and other essential items are especially vital for those affected by the fires.
