Under Tiffany’s leadership, the firm has developed a reputation for its ability to assist residents with their residential needs and lot and land deals. The company’s performance has earned recognition from the Daily Herald of Utah Valley as the 2024 Best Real Estate Team.

Now doing business as CENTURY 21 Essentials Realty, Tiffany and her independent sales professionals will have access to the CENTURY 21® technology and marketing, lead generation, agent learning and coaching and innovative productivity platform to help deliver high quality of service to buyers, sellers and investors.

Tiffany plans to quickly implement the CENTURY 21's technology stack and introduce a more formalized onboarding process that will provide her with more bandwidth to focus on company growth.

“I grew up in and around the real estate industry, so I love being on the ground floor of the day-to-day activities,” said Tiffany. “However, I realize that in order for the firm to grow, I need to start taking on more of a mentor and office manager role. With the assistance of the brand, we now have easier access to a more sustainable business model that will allow me to commit further to our clients, our independent sales professionals and the growth of our company.”

The family company has been able to stand the test of time for the past 40 years thanks to its emphasis on hometown values and its willingness to fully invest in every client transaction.

“We’re fully tapped into the lifestyles of the people we get to serve, and I think it’s our ability to put ourselves in their shoes that really lets us shine,” said Tiffany. “We always strive to the best of the best, and in order to do that, it means learning every person’s unique wants and needs and understanding how exactly we can help them accomplish what they want to do. When we’re able to develop a friendship that lasts beyond the transaction process.”
