Always Best Care Senior Services Launches Baltimore Franchise

February 18, 2025 // Franchising.com // BALTIMORE — Always Best Care Senior Services is pleased to announce the opening of a new location in Parkville, Maryland, serving the greater Baltimore area. Led by franchisee Haley Davis, the new franchise will provide senior care services, including non-medical in-home care and senior living referral services to Baltimore’s aging population.

Before joining the Always Best Care team, Davis worked as Director of Operations for the third-largest Amazon fulfillment center in North America. As director of operations, Davis managed the day-to-day work of more than 4,500 team members. With more than 15+ years of experience in executive leadership and business management, Davis transitioned from corporate America to business ownership by opening her Always Best Care franchise in Parkville. Originally from Alabama, Davis earned her bachelor’s in marketing from Auburn University.

“Owning my own business has always been a dream of mine, and Always Best Care Senior Services perfectly aligns with my background in operations, marketing, and customer service,” said Davis. “Throughout my career, I’ve approached every role with the mindset of a business owner, which makes this opportunity feel like a natural fit. What excites me most is the chance to make a meaningful difference in people’s daily lives while providing a much-needed service to the community.”

In addition to her professional background, Davis is very passionate about community service and giving back to local organizations. In previous roles, she has helped organizations donate more than $5 million through in-kind contributions to charities and has led more than 10,000 hours of community service for local organizations.
