Epcon Franchising Adds 9 Franchise Builders

DUBLIN, Ohio (Feb. 18, 2025) – Epcon Franchising added nine new Franchise Builders in 2024.

Epcon announced new Franchise Builders:

Icon Lifestyles, El Paso, Texas: Led by husband-and-wife team Carlos and Juanita Garcia, Icon Lifestyles currently builds a mix of high-end custom and semi-custom homes, closing around 100 homes per year.
Civitas Homes, Hickory, North Carolina: Dave Fontana was a residential builder in New York for 22 years before relocating to North Carolina. He has spent the last several years purchasing land and rental properties and is now ready to restart his work in home building in North Carolina with Epcon.
ADVA Construction Design, New England: ADVA Construction Design is led by Tim McManus, a second-generation builder currently building custom homes. ADVA’s target area includes Massachusetts north of Boston, coastal New Hampshire and southern Maine.
Stoneshire Builders, Bismarck, North Dakota: Brian Eiseman founded Stoneshire Builders in 2012. Stoneshire currently builds semi-custom and custom homes in central North Dakota and has already identified a first project location.
