This award, presented by the International Franchise Association (IFA), acknowledges his outstanding leadership as a franchise owner-operator.

Since joining Moran Family of Brands in 2018, Sargent has exemplified what it means to be an outstanding franchisee, prioritizing customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and franchisee collaboration. After a decades-long career in pharmaceutical sales, he transitioned to the automotive industry to reduce his travel, spend more time with his family, and take control of his future. Recognizing that trust and transparency are the cornerstones of a successful business, he has built his Milex Complete Auto Care – Mr. Transmission shop into a model of efficiency and outstanding service. His approach focuses on educating customers, fostering clear communication, and ensuring every visitor feels valued and informed.

Beyond his own shop, Sargent actively contributes to the franchise network of Moran Family of Brands, playing a key role in the success of the parent company.
