February 25, 2025 // Franchising.com // LOS ANGELES – Ponderosa and Bonanza Steakhouses today announce their latest limited-time menu with shrimp-centric entrees, as guests search for more beef alternatives to dig into this time of year. Available today through April 27 at participating locations, Ponderosa and Bonanza fans can enjoy all-new delicious shrimp entrees paired with classic sides and a variety of complementary sauces.

Ponderosa and Bonanza’s new limited-time menu includes entrees such as their Jumbo Breaded Fried Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce, Jumbo Coconut Fried Shrimp with Sweet Chili Sauce and their new Garlic & Herb Shell on Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce. Guests can also indulge in the steakhouses’ irresistible shrimp skewers, including their Grilled Shrimp Skewer and Bourbon Glazed Shrimp Skewer, both served over rice pilaf. Guests can pick two entrees starting at $16.99, or three starting at $19.99, with the option to add the buffet at an additional cost. Each dish is also served with a choice of a Baked Potato or Steakhouse Fries.
