About Josh Lyon:

• Lyon has been an integral part of the Scenthound team for the past four years, most recently serving as the brand’s Vice President of Operations, and brings over 15 years of senior administration and operations management experience to the team.
• With a background in the fitness industry, Lyon has spent years building and scaling membership-driven brands, holding leadership roles with TITLE Boxing Club and serving as advisor to several emerging concepts at Franworth. He is an expert in developing systems that drive efficiency, consistency, and member satisfaction, demonstrated during his time at Hertz, where he launched and led a new concept under the company’s Firefly brand.
• As a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) and a current Scenthound franchisee, Lyon brings a unique dual perspective, understanding both the franchisee experience and how to best support it.
• Beyond his operational experience, Lyon is a passionate supporter of Scenthound’s mission to make essential dog wellness services accessible and routine, which is a driving force behind his focus on accelerating the opening of new Scenters in key markets across the country.

With routine hygiene contributing to a dog’s overall health, Lyon’s leadership is instrumental in expanding Scenthound and making dog wellness services more accessible. It also plays a crucial role in educating pet parents on the importance of routine, preventive care.
