The brokerage has been owned and operated by current broker/owner and Twin Falls native, Nathan Lyda, since 2010. Lyda is a Twin Falls High School graduate who got his first taste of the real estate industry in 1996 at his uncle’s firm. His entrance into real estate first began as a means to support his young family, but quickly, Lyda discovered it was his natural calling. Only five years after first starting work with his uncle, Lyda obtained his broker’s license and then went on to serve on the Idaho REALTORS® State committee in multiple capacities. Today, Lyda has a book of business that spans hundreds of former clients, dozens of current industry contacts, and countless glowing reviews.
