Smalls Sliders® Signs Multi-Unit Agreement in Upstate South Carolina

Iconic Cheeseburger Slider Brand Bolsters South Carolina Footprint with Established Local Operating Group

December 16, 2025 // Franchising.com // SOUTH CAROLINA – Smalls Sliders, the industry-disrupting cheeseburger slider brand rapidly growing across the country, has signed a multi-unit development agreement that will bring five Cans to Upstate South Carolina. The deal is led by the family-run ownership group Feather & Fries LLC, an experienced operating group with deep roots in the region and a strong track record in multi-unit franchising. The new locations will include development in Spartanburg, Greenville, Anderson, and Clemson, solidifying Smalls Sliders’ continued expansion throughout the Southeast.

The Feather & Fries team brings a diverse and seasoned business background to the brand. As multi-unit operators with Zaxbys, they have extensive experience in local market development, team management, and community-driven operations. The group recently acquired the Spartanburg Can, which opened earlier this year, with four additional locations slated to open across the region.
